Return Policy

Shopping online is HARD, especially when you have to guess how things will look on your beautifully unique body. If your Clove piece arrives and it doesn’t fit how you imagined, please get in contact within 7 days of the package being delivered and we can arrange for your item to be returned and altered.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be sent back to us within 10 days of receiving it.

• The item must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition with no damages or marks.

Caring for your Clove Piece

We want your Clove piece to live its fullest life.

By caring for your clothes properly you can get to love them longer.

• Spot clean where possible

• Turn inside out and air out between wears

• Wash on a cold, gentle cycle or by hand - make sure your machine isn’t overloaded

• Air dry on the line

Repairs

Sometimes things can happen… if you need help with minor repairs so you can keep wearing your favourite Clove pieces, please get in contact.

These upcycled garments are made from materials that have been thrifted, purchased second hand and repurposed from items of clothing and homewares. Each fabric has been washed before use and the best areas have been selected, however some imperfections may be visible.
